About Us

BRS Infra Developers was established in 2022 as a branch of BMBT Electromechanical LLC, a well-established business house in the UAE since 2011. With diversified commercial and industrial operations for the last eight years, we aim to provide engineering and construction services for national and international projects.

Since 2022, BRS Infra Developers has been working in the industrial and construction sector, completing many complex and major projects worldwide. Our team spirit and work ethic have made a significant impact in the sector, consistently delivering client satisfaction.

We undertake major Electro-Mechanical Projects, including power stations, oil and gas plants, refineries, desalination plants, chemical plants, manufacturing plants, airports, hotels, subway systems, and business centers as a contractor.

DIP Metro Station MEP Works

Completed a project involving MS Schedule 40 Class B chilled water piping, heat exchanger installation, ducting fabrication, electrical wiring, fire-fighting GI piping, and plumbing works for drainage and water supply.

Dubai Mall Expansion Chilled Water Piping

Executed MS Schedule 40 Class B chilled water above-ground piping (½” - 18”), along with insulation, pressure testing, and flushing of the network. Installed fan coil units, AHUs, pumps, and heat exchangers with valve assemblies.

Expo 2020 Chilled Water Piping

Completed MS Schedule 40 Class B chilled water piping (½” - 24”) for underground and above-ground, along with heat exchanger and valve assembly installation. Conducted pressure testing and flushing of the entire network for primary and secondary chilled water pipes..

IMG Theme Park HVAC Works

Completed MS Schedule 40 Class B chilled water piping (½” - 24”) for underground and above-ground, heat exchanger and valve assembly installation, and ducting fabrication.

Vida Hotel Chilled Water Piping & Plant Room

Completed MS Schedule 40 Class B chilled water piping (½” - 18”), insulation, pressure testing, and flushing of the network. Installed fan coil units, AHUs, pumps, and heat exchangers with valve assemblies.
